Why Is RRR Team Discussing Remuneration Topic?

In a couple of promotional interviews of RRR, both Ram Charan and Jr NTR are seen discussing the topic of their remuneration while Rajamouli also weaved some fun around it. Some interviews even asked them as to why they have okayed the film if not for the 100 crores pay packet they are offered.

No matter what, these words of the RRR team around the remuneration is indicating that both Charan and NTR are paid very high, while Rajamouli took home a bit higher than them.

With RRR producer writing in his request letter to AP Govt that the film is made with Rs 336 crores budget without the remunerations of the stars, it came as a shocker to everyone.

Now that the RRR team is talking about their remunerations during promotions, it could be understood that maybe Charan and Tarak were paid 50-70 crores each while Rajamouli might have got anywhere between 100-150 crores for the film.

One wonders if RRR team is talking about remunerations because they want to give a message to AP state machinery that they have in fact presented the right budgets in their request letter. Or this team also might have fallen in the trap of highlighting the budget of their movie in order to move the audiences?

Provided with the fact that Rajamouli makes movies very carefully by carving a right product that will excite the audience big time, there is no need for RRR team to boast about the remunerations part in the first place.
