SS Rajamouli is a terrific filmmaker who could extract emotions out of the scenes and make the human connections so stronger or weaker with the way he narrates the story.
In that process, the audience gets lost and will be completely immersed in his world, without even thinking about logic or reasoning. But some people stay alert to find out what has actually inspired the director to do some scene or sequence.
All said and done, there are instances where Rajamouli got inspired by the all-time blockbuster web series “Game Of Thrones” and they say that even Ram Charan’s entry sequence in RRR is a similar one.
Apparently, in a particular sequence called “The Battle Of Bastards” in GoT, hero character Jon Snow gets struck by a group of enemy soldiers. He attacks and attacks, and finally emerges out after some help arrives. Rajamouli’s way of shot-making during Charan’s entry sequence actually resembled that battle sequence from Game of Thrones.
However, we cannot accuse the director has lifted that sequence, but he might have got inspired by that sequence where one man and his small group of an army are pitted against a big army of the enemy. With that battle sequence available of YouTube Channels, many are actually checking out to see if the comparison withstands.
