Charan made his Bollywood debut with the 2013 film Zanjeer. Critics as well as the audiences bashed this film hard and called Charan a wooden-faced actor.
After such a debacle, he never made a straight Hindi film again. After a gap of almost a decade, he came up with RRR, which had a pan-India release. This SS Rajamouli directorial is getting a thumping response from audiences across the world.
Last night, Charan visited Gaiety theatre in Bandra and surprised the audiences who were watching the film. As soon as he arrived, people started surrounding him in huge numbers and cheered for him.
This craze was no less than any Bollywood actor. The pictures of Charan at this theatre are now going viral on social media.
The same Hindi folks who bashed Charan for Zanjeer are now cheering for him in RRR. What a turnaround for the actor!
