For the last few weeks, Indian cinema is getting back to its glory. Many films are doing well in the theatres as the public started coming back to the cinema halls when the impact of the pandemic has reduced.

In the recent past, we have seen films like Gangubai Kathiawadi and The Kashmir Files doing well at the box office.

Just a couple of weeks ago, SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR had hit the screens and created havoc at the box office on an international level. Within no time, it has become the third highest-grossing film in the history of Indian cinema.

This week, we can expect more festivities at the box office due to the release of two biggies, KGF Chapter 2 and Beast. KGF 2 is one of the most anticipated films in Indian cinema.

Already, the advance bookings of this movie are proved to be excellent and it is sure that KGF will get massive openings across the nation. Coming to Beast, the film is expected to get thumping openings in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh as Vijay enjoys a massive following in all these states.

If these two films do well, then it will be a real festival for all the distributors and exhibitors. As RRR’s storm may continue for a couple of weeks more, we can expect the next week to be the money-spinning period for Indian cinema.
