Suma, Vishwak, Sree Vishnu To Fight This ‘Doctor’

Last Friday’s release Acharya, starring Megastar Chiranjeevi and Mega Power Star Ram Charan in the lead roles, ended up as a disaster at the box office. This Friday, three small-budget films are hitting the screens.

Vishwak Sen’s Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam, Sree Vishnu’s Bhala Thandanana, and Suma Kanakala’s Jayamma Panchayati are gearing up for the release on May 6.

None of these films has a big buzz around them. Meanwhile, they are also facing the threat of a Hollywood biggie. Yes, you heard it right. Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is the biggie we are talking about.

There is huge anticipation around this superhero film for a long time. The bookings have started more than a month ago in Hyderabad. Most of the cities in the Telugu states are witnessing a big craze for this flick.

It is expected to get a massive opening in both AP and Telangana. So, it will be a tough task for Telugu films to deal with this Hollywood biggie.

Just a week after these films’ release, Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata will hit the screens. Thus, it will be a herculean task for Vishwak, Suma, and Sree Vishnu to win the box office race
