The way ‘Gangnam Style’ dance has shot to fame across the world is known to all and almost a decade ago the likes of Britney Spears requested the media to tell them how to meet Korean pop star Park Jae-sang who is professionally known as “Psy”. After nearly a 4 years break from creating something, finally, Psy is back with his new song a week ago.
Titled “That That”, Psy teamed up with Suga of another pop band BTS and created the song which was released a week ago. So far, the video has clocked 111 million views and Psy is making sure that he will come up with a new video for the song each day since it was uploaded. Music lovers are going gaga over the song but then it missed out on some trademark and new dance moves from Psy like how he has done with songs like Gangnam Style and Daddy.
However, Psy took over YouTube and other music apps with his ‘That That’ song and revealed in an interview that the break he has taken is over, and he will be coming up with more songs from now. Well, if artists like Psy take a break from work, that doesn’t mean they are burned out, but they want to explore the creative space in a new way. Welcome back Psy!
