Sanjay Dutt as Adheera in KGF 2: First Look

The most awaited look of Sanjay Dutt from KGF 2 is out. Sanjay plays Adheera, a dreaded villain, in the film. Sanjay looked fiery, menacing yet he looked silent, peaceful with a resting mean face. Sanjay’s look resembles a warrior look and hair style and overall look seemed to be inspired from the popular TV series of the History channel – Vikings.

Giving a peep into Sanjay’s role, Adheera is the younger brother of Suryavardhan who was the undisputed ruler of Kolar Gold mines. In KGF Chapter 1, Suryavardhan passed over the reins of his Golden Empire to his son Garuda assuming that Adheera can’t handle the challenges lying ahead. Adheera respects his brother’s decision and steps aside. However, he vowed to return when things go out of control. While Garuda was killed by Rocky (Yash) in the Chapter 1, the Chapter 2 turns interesting with Adheera turning against Rocky.

Director Prashanth Neel is said to be leaving no stone unturned to make KGF Chapter 2 bigger and interesting given that the Chapter 1 went on to become one of the biggest blockbusters in Kannada and other dubbed languages. Chapter 2 will be dubbed into Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. The Covid pandemic has affected the shooting of KGF Chapter 2. The film was scheduled for Oct 23 release and the film has been postponed to a later date due to the Corona crisis.
