Director Koratala Siva is mulling over to sell his prime property in order to settle the Acharya losses. As per reports, Koratala has decided to sell his land in Jubilee hills to clear some of the losses of Acharya distributors, buyers. Buzz is that Koratala bought the property after Bharat Ane Nenu’s success.
The latest we hear is that his close friends and well-wishers are asking him not to sell the prime property in the posh location. They are suggesting him to think twice because the premium plot he is wishing to sell is hard to find even if he has money at a later point.
Many in the film industry admire Koratala Siva a lot due to his nature and morals he follow. If the reports are to be believed, the producers from a big banner showed their ‘friendship’ with Rs 2 crore adjustment and another producer gave him around Rs 3 crores.
So if Koratala Siva finishes one project, he could be out of his debts. The suggestion from his well-wishers is reasonable and it has to be seen if the director tunes in to their words.
