Tollywood is experiencing two blockbusters currently. Sita Ramam and Bimbisara released on Friday, have become big hits. After a dry July, August seems to be glowing for the film industry. Meanwhile, the netizens have decoded a success formula for the recent hit films in Telugu.

A meme is currently trending on social media, saying “Paape Ma Pranam”. All the films featured on the meme have a baby boy or baby girl in a prominent character.

For instance, in RRR, the story revolves around Bheem (NTR) saving a little girl from the Britishers. That sentiment has worked out big time in the movie.

And then, we have Balakrishna’s Akhanda. The main plot surrounds a small girl whose life lands in danger. The entire second half runs around the girl’s character. The sentiment helped the movie in drawing the class audiences to theatres.

After that, there is Kamal Haasan’s Vikram. Ulaganayagan does everything to protect his grandson. Until the final scene, he works on saving the baby boy.

When it comes to the latest releases, the story of Bimbisara also has a little girl playing an important element. The film also banks on the little girl’s sentiment.

Finally, Sita Ramam also has a little girl in the film, but she does not play any part in driving the story forward. But, her presence might be a sentiment factor for the film scoring a success.

So, it’s time that the filmmakers consider adding a little girl’s character to the film to gain success.
