There had been a rumor that director Prashant Neel is trying to rope in Prithviraj Sukumar for Prabhas’ Salaar. Prithviraj himself revealed that Prashant Neel wants him to be part of Salaar and he is also trying to make it happen. This was when the actor spoke to the media about Kaduva promotions and later there was no news about it.
In the latest happening, the director Prashant Neel confirmed the role of Prithviraj in Salaar. Prashant Neel while announcing the new release date of Salaar, tagged Prithviraj as well in the tweet. With the official confirmation from the director himself, the expectations of hero-villain confrontation scenes are going higher. Already, Prashant Neel is best known for his elevations and action sequences. It has to be seen if the action episodes between Prabhas and Prithviraj beat the expectations and hype.
Other than Prithviraj’s name, the director also revealed that Shriya Reddy is playing a crucial role in the movie. Shruti Haasan is the female lead. The movie is hitting the screens in September next year.
