Can you believe it has been 14 years since the release of Bommarillu? On this special occasion, actors Siddharth and Genelia Deshmukh spoke to each other on a video call and have celebrated the big day.
Sharing the video on her Instagram profile, Genelia wrote, “N then this happened.. Reunion Missed you Bhaskar, Dilrajugaru, joinprakashraj and @thisisdsp and the entire Bommarillu team ❤️ #14yearsofbommarillu” (sic)
Not all films touch hearts. But this one did and still keeps doing every time we talk about it or watch it. Directed by Bhaskar, who later became Bommarillu Bhaskar and produced by Dil Raju, Bommarillu was a trend setter then. The music composed by Devi Sri Prasad is still is a favourite playlist for many.
Siddhu and Hasini were an ideal couple for all the lovers back then. Also, the concept of staying in your bae’s house for a week to know their parents and something similar to a live-in and a lot more had started back then itself.
