Justifying the title, Vikram is like a Cobra in his next outing, which keeps shedding its skin to grow a new one altogether. The trailer of Cobra, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, reveals the plot of the movie and also assures an action spectacle.
The trailer begins with a voiceover that notes that Vikram is like the slithering reptile, which can hide and attack the enemy. Vikram is a mathematics genius and he claims himself to be a normal school math teacher. However, there seems to be more to him than what meets the eye.
Former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan plays an investigative officer who is on a mission to catch this maths genius. Moreover, Vikram’s character hallucinates, which has a lot of scope for plot twists in the film. Srinidhi Shetty makes brief appearance. It’s Vikram’s show all the way and he surprises in numerous avatars.
The trailer has set big expectations among audience. The movie is due for release on August 31st.
