The launchpad movie of Zaid Khan titled Banaras is getting ready for release. Being made as a Pan India project, the movie features Sonal Monteiro as the female lead. Jayathirtha of Bell Bottom fame is directing this musical love story. The film’s release date has been locked.
Banaras will arrive in cinemas in all south Indian languages and Hindi on November 4th. While one image in the poster sees a candid moment of Zaid and Sonal, while the other image shows the boat journey of the couple. Both look lovely together in these.
Tilakraj Ballal is bankrolling the movie on NK Productions banner, while music is provided by Ajaneesh Loknath. Advaitha Gurumurthy is taking care of the camera work.
Zaid Khan is son of popular Karnataka politico Zameer Ahmed Khan and he took training at Anupam Kher’s acting school.
