It’s been a decade since former star heroine Trisha Krishnan has done a happening Telugu movie as the flop show of Jr NTR’s “Dammu” has ended her career here. Though she turned up Balayya’s heroine in the “Lion” movie, things didn’t work. Though there was sympathy for Trisha from many fans that she hadn’t seen enough highs like Samantha or Nayantara, there is negativity too.
For reasons unknown, many Telugu projects of Trisha including an all-female multi-starrer featuring her with Charmee and Nikesha Patel, and another movie with a noted Telugu director, have all got halted. But recently she walked out of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya movie too even before the shoot has started while Kajal Aggarwal shot in her place but hasn’t made it to the silver screen due to Koratala Siva’s creative decision to chop the heroine’s role from the film.
Anyway, Trisha raked up some negativity after exiting a few Telugu films and was not willing to pair up with some heroes. But the 40-year-old hottie has suddenly become a topic of discussion ever since she appeared here in Hyderabad for Ponniyan Selvan 1 promotions. The way she spoke to the audience, and how she took some jokes regarding age and all, her graceful looks, surely wiped the negativity.
Now many are waiting for Trisha to make a strong comeback with the Telugu version of PS1 in Tollywood.
