Mahesh Babu Lost Two Of The Closest People In 2022

A massive tragedy has struck the Ghattamaneni family in the wee hours of Wednesday. Indira Devi, wife of Super Star Krishna and mother of Mahesh Babu, breathed her last after prolonged illness at a private hospital in Hyderabad earlier today. The entire film fraternity is mourning the loss of Indira Devi, who was grace personified throughout her life.

The passing of Indira Devi will undoubtedly leave a huge void in Mahesh Babu’s life. Mahesh was very attached to his mother and he once said that his mother is like god to him. Photos and videos of Mahesh getting emotional as he stands by Indira Devi’s mortal remains are moving everyone to tears.

Mahesh is already going through a lot in his personal life in 2022. In January, he lost his elder brother Ramesh Babu, who passed away at just 56 after battling liver related ailments. Fondly remembering his doting brother, Mahesh, who couldn’t even pay his last respects due to covid, called his brother his “everything”.

“You have been my inspiration, my strength, my courage. You have been my everything,” Mahesh tweeted, as he bid adieu to his brother. Mahesh also added that if not for Ramesh Babu, he would not have been half the man he has become today. What’s heartbreaking is that both Ramesh Babu and Indira Devi cannot be with Mahesh to see him winning global acclaim for his most ambitious project under Rajamouli’s direction.
