The statuette depicting a woman whose arms are upraised in a dance number is commonly referred to as ‘The Black Lady’. Filmfare has been presenting awards to the most talented and deserving artists for many years.
The very talented actress Sai Pallavi happened to grab two of the Filmfare awards this time. Needless to say, she is on cloud nine, the actress wrote a few words thanks to her filmmakers and the love from the audience.
Sai Pallavi posed with the two statuettes from Filmfare as she writes ‘Days like these don’t happen that often! To be appreciated for both the films of the same year, This is very special!
I’m grateful for the immense love that I had received for these characters and pray that I’m blessed with more such beautiful roles. #SekharGaru @rahulsankrityan #Venkat Garu #SunielNarangGaru & the teams of #Lovestory ❤️#ShyamSinghaRoy ❤️Thank you @filmfare 🖤’
Sai Pallavi excelled in both films while Shyam Singha Roy went on to become a big hit and Lovestory failed to enthrall the fans.
