The recent Kannada release Kantara has become a nationwide phenomenon now. After its stupendous success in Kannada, the film is dubbed into Tamil, Telugu and Hindi as well. In all markets, the movie is having a sensational run at the box office.

Kantara revolves around an ancient tribal festival that is celebrated in the Kundapura region of Karnataka. People are connected to that point and are celebrating the film as a carrier of ancient Hindu Dharma.

Many people have opined that the film promotes Hindutva in a grand way and is a must-watch for everyone who believes in Hindu Dharma.

Now, CS Rangarajan, the chief priest of Chilkur Devasthanam, also opined the same. Recently, he stated the key message of Kantara is that the deities take promises given to them seriously and can and will enforce the same and have the ability to do so constitutionally as well.

“Art 363 Hindu Deity Rights dispute and eventual victory of Dharma is a real example of the key message of #Kantara movie that Deities take promise given to them seriously and can and will enforce the same and have the ability to do so Constitutionally as well,” he tweeted. This tweet is now going viral all over social media.

Kantara is written and directed by Rishab Shetty. He is also the lead hero of the film. Kantara is produced by Hombale Films.
