Versatile actor and filmmaker Kamal Haasan has been hospitalized in Chennai. According to reports, Kamal Haasan complained of uneasiness and fever on Wednesday night. He was rushed to a private hospital.
Kamal reached Chennai from Hyderabad on Wednesday afternoon but was unwell in the evening and immediately admitted to hospital in the night. In Hyderabad, Kamal met his guru and veteran filmmaker K Viswanath at the latter’s residence. Kamal got nostalgic and took blessings of the 92-year-old director.
As per reports, Kamal is doing fine. Doctors have conducted some medical tests and put him under observation. Doctors have advised him to take some rest. He is expected to be discharged today evening. More details are yet to be known.
On the career front, he recently scored a blockbuster with Vikram. He is gearing up with its sequel. Besides this, he has a slew of projects including a film with Mani Ratnam (KH 234), one with Mahesh Narayanan and another in talks with H Vinoth. He has Bharateeyudu 2 with director Shankar.
