For reasons visible, Superstar Mahesh Babu’s next film #SSMB28 which is being directed by ace director Trivikram got delayed. First of all, the film was targeted for Summer 2023 but there is no possibility of that happening due to the unprecedented delay that happened due to Mahesh’s mom’s death first and Superstar Krishna’s demise later. Here comes the latest update.
Rather than speeding up the shoot and wrapping up things in a short time such that there will be a Summer release, we hear that Mahesh and Trivikram are planning for an August release. Especially if they release it on August 11th, 2023, with Independence Day falling on the following Tuesday, the film could reap the benefits from the long extended weekend for sure. Right now, the makers of the movie are said to be working out that date, such that there will be no unwanted pressures.
Featuring Mahesh and Pooja Hegde as leads, the film was supposed to get into a regular shoot before Dasara itself, but then, things didn’t go well as planned. With Mahesh and Trivikram teaming up for the third time after Athadu and Khaleja, surely the expectations are high but then the combo has to score a blockbuster unlike previously.
Though Mahesh wrapped his father’s Peddha Karma ceremony too, he might take a small break before he resumes the shooting of the movie.
