Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus A Flop Show!

Releasing the last weapon today, Bollywood has once again tried to test their luck in 2023 but it looks like things didn’t work out. Director Rohith Shetty’s latest movie “Cirkus” got released this Friday and before the movie was released they created sparks with publicity. So how is the film anyway? 

While many expected that “Cirkus” will have vintage Rohit Shetty elements, the film has only just a story set in a vintage backdrop but nothing much than that.

Neither the comedy worked, nor the hero Ranveer Singh’s double action (two roles) worked out. At the same time, some comedy scenes clicked but the rest are purely cliche and beaten to death kinds of ideas.

Though Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline were shown pretty hot, they have no bigger role than that of the comedians who have done the movie. With all these things included, critics blasted the film while the public talk is also not so interesting. 

According to early estimates, Cirkus might clock around ₹7 crores nett on Day 1, while the best openers like Bhool Bhulaiya 2 have earlier touched ₹15 crores collection too.
