We all know that director SS Rajamouli and his family members have tested positive of Covid-19 in July and recovered in August. Later Rajamouli said that he would certainly donate plasma which can save the lives of other Covid-19 patients.
To donate plasma, a body needs to develop antibodies but unfortunately, Rajamouli did not develop enough antibodies in the last two and half weeks and so he could donate plasma. To donate plasma, the Immunoglobulin G aka igG levels should be above 15 whereas Rajamouli’s level is at mid 8.
Nevertheless, music composer and Rajamouli’s brother MM Keeravani donated plasma today at KIMS hospital. Along with his son and singer Kaala Bhairava, he has done it. “Just done with voluntary donation of plasma at KIMS along with my son Bhairava. Feeling good. It felt very normal like in a routine blood donation session. No need to fear at all for participating,” tweeted Keeravani.
The music composer thanked the doctor at the hospital for his assistance.
