It’s been a long time since a detective thriller was made in Tollywood. Bhootaddham Bhaskar Narayana is joining this legion. The makers have unveiled the film’s teaser. It is intense and raises the curiosity.
Actor Shiva Kandukuri, who proved his mettle with Choosi Choodangaane and Gamanam, turns the protagonist who plays the detective Bhaskar. The teaser begins with a murder investigation, and the serial murder case becomes a problem for the police. They discover 16 bodies without heads in the same manner. And the police begin their investigation, but they find no leads.
Detective Bhootaddham Bhaskar Narayana steps in and tries to solve the mystery with his brilliance and wit. The creators withheld a lot of information and raised a lot of questions about the murders and investigation in the teaser. And the final shot certainly piques the audience’s interest.
The film appears to have several mythological connotations and the BGM by Sricharan Pakala, and Vijay Bulganin heightened the intensity. Bhoothaddam Bhaskar Narayana will star Rashi Singh as the female lead and the film’s cast includes Venkatesh Kakumanu, Devi, and Shafi among others.
Purushottam Raj is making his debut as the director. The film is jointly produced by Snehal Jangala, Shasidhar Kashi, and Karthik Mudumbai under the banners of Million Dreams Creations and Vijay Saraga Productions. The film will hit theatres on March 31, 2023. Like its quirky title, the teaser is also interesting. We have to see what is in store for the film.
