Natural Star Nani’s much-awaited film The Paradise is all set to hit theatres on September 24, with special premiere shows planned for September 23.
According to industry sources, only six days of shooting are left. The team is said to be confident that the remaining work will be completed on time, and there are no plans to postpone the release.
The makers are reportedly planning to seek permission for a flat Rs 300 ticket price hike for the premiere shows, which is considered a reasonable practice for big releases.
As of now, The Paradise is expected to enjoy a solo release, with no other major films scheduled to clash with it on September 24. This could work in the film’s favour at the box office.
Trade circles believe that if The Paradise opens to positive word of mouth, it has the potential to enjoy a strong and long theatrical run.
The film marks the reunion of Nani and director Srikanth Odela, who previously delivered the blockbuster Dasara. Their successful combination has raised expectations for The Paradise along with Anirudh’s terrific sound track.
