Ram Charan is set to star in a new film directed by Kannada director Narthan, according to recent reports. A popular producer in Telugu has reportedly paid an advance amount to the director of ‘MUFTI’ and has secured him to direct the RRR star. An official announcement is expected soon.
After the success of RRR, Ram Charan has gained national and international recognition and is busy planning his future projects. He is currently filming for the Pan-India movie #RC15 by Tamil director Shankar Shanmugam, which Dil Raju will widely release. Charan will then star in Buchi Babu Sana’s sports project before working on Narthan’s project.
There were earlier rumors that Charan would collaborate with the director of ‘Jersey’, Gowtham Tinnanuri, but that project is now said to be shelved.
Most likely, the project in the combination of Ram Charan and Narthan is likely to be announced on March 27th, on the occasion of the actor’s birthday.
