In a viral incident the US President Joe Biden’s wife Jill kissed Vice President Kamala Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff on the lips and this video has stormed the internet with millions of views. The video suggests that it was not an accidental kiss though.
This incident took place on Tuesday night at the national capitol before hundreds of Congress representatives. President Biden delivered his second State of the Union address the same night. After viewing this ‘kiss’ scene, the internet exploded with memes.

After this ‘kiss’ incident, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff was spotted kissing his wife Kamala Harris but with a mask and yet again memes surfaced trolling Emhoff.
