No Favorite Music Composer For Devarakonda?

How to pick a music director for a happening star’s movie? Usually our directors and producers pick composers who will give the best for a hero or who have already given their best for that particular hero.

Young sensation Vijay Devarakonda has shot to huge fame with films like Arjun Reddy and Geetha Govindam have Radhan and Gopi Sundar composing the music respectively. However, none of the directors and producers is picking those composers for Vijay at the moment for reasons unknown.

While his upcoming Khushi has Hesham Abdul Wahab of Hridayam fame scoring songs and BGM, the makers of #VD12 are divided over choosing one. While the producers are said to be suggesting GV Prakash who scored for their recent hit SIR, the director is asking for Anirudh who has delivered Jersey album for him.

Many are wondering why Vijay Devarakonda is not having his own set of composers who will deliver terrific songs for him. Right now to become that sought-after star he has to have his own special composer who would give pakka commercial songs for him though he is coming up with vintage content. #VD12 is set in a period backdrop.
