Producer Dil Raju became a troll material for his speech at the Tamil audio launch of Thalapathy Vijay’s recent film Varisu. His statement ‘Dance Venuma Dance Irukku’ went so viral that songs are also made on those lines. Many memes were generated overnight. Dil Raju became a celebrity in Tamil Nadu with that speech.
Even though he was trolled for his poor Tamil speaking skills, Dil Raju took it in a light-hearted way and recreated those statements once again in the pre-release event of his upcoming film Balagam. He stated that there are no fights, no dances or Vijay’s body language in this film like Varisu but added that it has superb emotions and rural Telangana nativity.
“Ee cinema lo fights ille… Ee cinemalo dance ille… Ee cinema lo andha vijay sir body language ille… But indha padam lo superb entertainment irukku… super emotions irukku… super Telangana nativity irukku… Idhi mana gunde kaya lanti cinema. Idhi matuku cheppagalanu,” he stated.
Now, this speech is going viral all over social media. With this one speech, Dil Raju turned meme material into marketing material and gave a promotional boost to Balagam. The film is set to hit the screens this Friday.
