Natural Star Nani is coming up with the first-of-its-kind rustic mass action entertainer Dasara which is set in Singareni Coal Mines. The teaser of the movie garnered a massive response and to hike all the prospects, the makers came up with the theatrical trailer.
The trailer begins on a pleasant note with the villagers celebrating the Bathukamma festival. Then, Keerthy Suresh arrives as Vennela who is getting ready to marry Dharani (Nani). She calls him the lucky fellow. Nani is introduced with a breathtaking action block, followed by a funny sequence in the police station. Like in every story, this story too has a villain. But our protagonist is in no mood to spare him. Like lord Rama in Ramayana, he announces the war on Ravanasura. The villain here doesn’t have 10 heads, but he is a very powerful person.
Director Srikanth Odela penned the story in a way that the movie will be thoroughly engaging. From frame one to the end, he showed all the elements incorporated in the movie. There is a love track, friendship, villainy, drama, action, etc. Sathyan Sooryan and Santhosh Narayanan together did magic in making the visuals look grand, and the sound upraise the emotions. The production values of SLV Cinemas are high in standard.
Nani, once again proved that he’s a natural star for a reason. He simply lived in the character of Dharani. He didn’t just look rugged, but his acts are much more powerful. He uttered the dialogues in Telangana slang. Keerthy Suresh played her part efficiently as Vennela. Deekshit Shetty appeared as Nani’s best friend, while Shine Tom Chacko and Samuthirakani are exceptional in negative-shaded roles.
While the teaser created great interest, the trailer raised the bar high. Needless to say, Dasara is going to be a sure-shot blockbuster, given the movie has all the elements to do wonders at box office. In Dharani’s style, Bancheth Masthundi. We need to wait till March 30th to witness Nani’s mass jathara on screen!
