The Prestigious ‘RRR’ turns one!

RRR is undeniably one of the best pictures ever made in Indian cinema. It made our country proud in many ways. It achieved so many international accolades and set the bar high for other Indian films. It made the lead heroes Jr NTR and Ram Charan Global Stars. The film’s director SS Rajamouli reached heights many directors can only dream of. A film of so many accomplishments completes one year of its release.

RRR was released on March 25, 2022. Upon its release, it gained positive word of mouth and started breaking records at the box office. It was the third Indian film to join the 1000-crore club. It became the highest-grossing Indian film in Japan and is still running successfully there.

RRR was immensely loved by western audiences and Hollywood folks. Legendary directors like James Cameron and Steven Spielberg appreciated Rajamouli’s work. RRR also won many awards, including the Academy Award for Best Original Song, Golden Globe for Best Original Song and New York Film Critics Choice Award for Best Director.
