Game Changer: No Release Date On The Poster, Here’s The Story

Ram Charan is the only actor who worked with two legendary directors Rajamouli and S Shankar. Though both filmmakers take their own sweet time to finish their films, Shankar’s film with Ram Charan has seen many expected and unwanted delays. The first look and title have been announced today, finally. But the release dilemma still prevails.

The struggles faced by a director when involved in two pan-India films at the same time can be seen with Shankar now. Apart from the first look and the title announcement of Game Changer, the focus was also on the release date, which was not revealed yet.

Already Prabhas and Mahesh Babu’s movies marked their dates for the Sankranthi race and Charan’s fans wanted their hero to be locking the horns with them. Dil Raju did not and could not announce any date, and the reason is Shankar.

Shankar was hellbent to finish Indian 2 and releasing it for Dussehra this year. The post-production work is heard to be taking longer than expected for Indian 2. With Vijay’s Leo already in the race for release on October 19, the theater clash also is inevitable. So Shankar is heard to be thinking of bringing Indian 2 for Pongal next year and so is Kamal Haasan. This leaves no chance for Game Changer to be in the race as the director won’t let his two films release at one time.

For now, the enigma continues about the release date of Ram Charan’s Game Changer release date. The clarity in the Indian 2 release date also will relieve Game Changer.
