Rumour: Prabhas And Pathaan Director Film Halted?

Other day the news of Jr NTR starring in the next film of Hrithik Roshan (War 2) and making a cameo debut in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 has gone viral, as that marks his entry into Yash Raj Film’s spyverse. But then, even superstar Prabhas was supposed to join this verse, and it looks like that is not happening now. Also, they say, a film with his spyverse director is also not on the cards.

After the release of the superhit Pathaan movie, director Siddharth Anand has shot to huge fame and Telugu producer Mythri Movie Makers have especially appreciated him. Many thought that Prabhas and Siddharth Anand’s film will be rolled immediately, but now it is coming up that the film might get delayed or halted temporarily.

The roaring success of Pathaan is now making Siddharth direct another spyverse movie for YRF, which is Tiger Vs Pathaan. That features both Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan in the leads. As he is committed to this movie, it is being heard that he can’t make a film with Prabhas anytime soon.

At the same time, Prabhas also had interesting lineups like Salaar, Project K, Raja Deluxe and Spirit to be wrapped and it takes a minimum of another 3-4 years for these movies to finish and hit cinemas. So maybe Prabhas also can’t take time out for Siddharth Anand’s movie.
