Director Vetrimaran is one of the most sought-after directors in the South Indian film industry. He has proved his mettle with his exceptional direction skills and has directed some of the most critically acclaimed films like ‘Aadukalam,’ ‘Visaranai,’ and ‘Asuran’. Recently, during the press meet of his latest film ‘Vidudala’ in Hyderabad, Vetrimaran revealed that he was in talks with some big stars of the South Indian film industry, including Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu, and NTR.
“After Aadukalam, I met Allu Arjun. We met in Chennai also. He was telling me that he wanted to come to Tamil. I told him about a character in Vadachennai. However, I rewrote it now and narrated him as well,” said Vetrimaaran, adding, “I even met Mahesh Babu after Aadukalam. After Asuran, during the post-lockdown phase, I met NTR, and we are talking about a project. It is bound to happen but I take time to start the film.
Vetrimaran’s collaboration with any of these stars would be a treat for the fans, as all three actors are extremely talented and have a huge following. Vetrimaran’s direction combined with the star power of Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu or NTR would be a lethal combination, and the movie is sure to set new records at the box office.
We can’t wait to see what the future holds for Vetrimaran and these stars.
