Buzz: VV Vinayak Sets Up A Mega Film

Sai Dharam Tej’s Virupaksha was released three weeks ago and has achieved resounding success. It has surpassed the Rs.100 crore mark at the box office as well as receiving positive reviews for its Tamil and Hindi language releases. While the mega hero is now working on his next project, remaking Vinodaya Sittam with Samudrakhani directing and Pawan Kalyan taking on the lead role, here goes an interesting snippet about his next.

Reports are coming out that Sai Dharam Tej has signed on for a crime thriller under the direction of V.V. Vinayak’s protege, which will also have the senior director taking share in production as well.

It is known that Tej immediately gave the green signal for this project after the crime-thriller concept was well-liked by him. Thanks to Vinayak’s mentorship, his associate was able to get this high-profile project with Sai Dharam Tej onboard. And then, the film might also mark Vinayak’s entry into co-producing films like how Sukumar is doing with Sukumar Writings.

Sai Dharam Tej has collaborated with VV Vinayak for his last movie “Inttelligent”. As that project didn’t do well at the box office, fans are still concerned about their next collaboration due to Vinayak’s recent string of commercially unsuccessful films – except for Chiranjeevi’s comeback movie Khaidi No150. As this is just a rumour for the now, we have to see what happens in reality.
