Netizens Upset With Rashmika’s Lies

Rashmika Mandana is a hugely popular celebrity in India. She is currently busy shooting for Pushpa 2, starring alongside Allu Arjun, and she has several more movies lined up in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. Nevertheless, as with all celebrities, she does have her fair share of controversies.

Recently, an advertisement showcasing star actress Rashmika Mandanna eating a non-veg burger caused confusion among netizens given her recent claims to be vegetarian. McDonald’s has since turned off their comment section from the video in order to prevent any potential controversy.

In addition, Rashmika had just recently been recognized as a Vegan Entrepreneur. Some viewers were left uncomfortable by her perceived duality, leaving negative comments such as “Rashmika always lies through her teeth” and “Now at least understand why we kanndigas dont like her. Because she changes her words here and there many times….”. Did they just trigger the controversy where Rashmika Mandanna was banned from the Kannada film industry after she didn’t credit Rakshit Shetty and Rishab Shetty for Kirik Party’s success?
