It’s A Harassment Against Dimple: Lawyer

The criminal case filed by DCP Rahul Hegde against actress Dimple Hayathi seems to have been taking turns and twists as it progresses.

DCP Rahul Hegde filed a criminal case against Dimple Hayathi for damaging his car in the HUDA Enclave parking lot at the journalist’s colony after they had a dispute over the car parking. They both reside in the same apartment complex. Dimple accompanied by her boyfriend Victor David allegedly damaged Rahul’s car.

In a turn to the case, the lawyer of Dimple Hayathi alleges that Rahul’s petty case on DImple is harassment against the actress and there is nothing she did to damage his car, according to the CCTC footage.

According to the CCTV footage, Dimple was seen kicking the traffic cones that were put next to Rahul’s car. Later the cement traffic barricades were reportedly placed near his car. The lawyer argues that it is the government’s property and questions how they landed near the car of Rahul.

The DCP explains that his car needs to have access out anytime considering his work calls as a traffic DCP. Meanwhile, Dimple tweeted, ‘Misuse of power doesn’t hide mistakes ..😂 . #satyamevajayathe’ and also sent a message to her fans, ‘Whatever is the ongoing issue, I understand the concern of my fans and media, and I thank everyone for your cooperation and support I haven’t given any official statements so far, hence, I would request you’ll to wait in patience.
