Noted dance choreographer Jani master has turned the lead hero. The film has been titled Runner. Jani master plays police inspector. Touted to be an action thriller, Jani is seen as a police officer at the Telangana Police Academy. The story is based on real-life incidents.
Interestingly, one of the first look posters saw Jani master’s shirt – half Khaddar, half Khakee uniform. Whereas he wore khaki pants. This dress in the first look poster has a connection with the story.
It is a different thriller set against a police backdrop and the film has a father and son and their bondage. The sentiment scenes are going to be one of the key highlights. Noted music composer Mani Sharma has composed the tunes. The film will see Jani master’s favourite dance moves. The film’s shoot begins from 20th July in Hyderabad.
The film marks the directorial debut of Vijay Chowdary. Aravind 2 movie producers Vijay Bhaskar, G Phaneendra & M Srihari are producing the film. More details of the film and remaining cast would be made official soon.
