In fact, according to the e-court document circulating online, it is JV Chaitanya who first filed for the divorce, and later Niharika responded to it. But the document is getting popular for another reason, and that is none other than the lawyer who represented Niharika. He’s none other than popular Janasena spokesperson Kalyan Dileep Sunkara who has become an advocate after working simultaneously for the party as well. He’s said to be instrumental in making the divorce a mutual one, and for making the process happen smoothly.
