The debate of nepotism in the film industry is age-old, and keeps on popping up. With the photograph of Pawan Kalyan’s son Akira Nandan hitting the stands other day after legendary director K Raghavendra Rao shared it along with the detail that the youngster did Film School in the USA, some folks started indulging in Nepotism talk again.
Taking to Instagram, apparently an user asked Akira’s mother Renu Desai, why is Akira so privileged to go to film school and then have producers waiting for him back home, and called that it is quite ‘unfair’. Renu Desai offered a straightforward view on the matter, emphasizing that children born into film families shouldn’t be blamed for their advantageous start. She acknowledges that while their initial opportunities might be easier, these individuals often have to work doubly hard to uphold their family name.
Also, she highlights the harsh criticisms that those who don’t match their parents’ success endure from the public. She suggests the guy who commented to focus on himself, and be sincere in his efforts, and if he possess true talent, nothing can hinder him from becoming the next star. Well, that’s a stunning reply for sure and netizens are hailing her for the same.
