Vijay Shuts Rumours With Family Pic

Thalapathy Vijay recently returned from the United States after completing the pre-production work for director Venkat Prabhu’s upcoming film, ‘Thalapathy 68′. Upon his return, he made a heartfelt visit to his parents’ home in Chennai. It is reported that Vijay’s dad SA Chandrasekhar had undergone a minor surgery, and Vijay came to visit him upon returning from his trip.

There have been speculations that Vijay is angry with his father for floating a political party under his name but without his knowledge. Ever since, the duo seem to have stopped talking to each other. Although there is no confirmation of the same, the rumors scrolled up saying Vijay is not interested to meet his father who is on the path of recovery.

But, silencing everyone, Vijay paid a visit to his father and spent some quality time. In the photo that came out, we can see Vijay, and his father, SA Chandrasekhar, seated on chairs, while Shoba stands lovingly behind them, placing her hands on their shoulders.

In terms of his film career, Thalapathy Vijay is gearing up for the release of ‘Leo’, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, which is set to hit theaters worldwide on October 19. After the release of ‘Leo’, he will commence work on his forthcoming project with director Venkat Prabhu, tentatively titled ‘Thalapathy 68’.
