Dhak Dhak Trailer: Taapsee Produces A Road Journey!

Taapsee Pannu is venturing into film production, and she has teamed up with Viacom18 Studios for the film ‘Dhak Dhak.’ The makers launched the film’s trailer, which seems to be a road journey of women.

Fatima Sana Shaikh portrays Sky, a fearless travel blogger. Mahi, played by Ratna Pathak Shah, is her grandmother with a dream to embark on a bike ride to Leh Ladakh via the Umling La, the world’s highest motorable road. Dia Mirza portrays Uzma, a seemingly typical Muslim housewife who hides a daring side as a resourceful mechanic beneath her burqa. Sanjana Sanghi plays Manjari, a traditional and God-fearing young girl searching for adventure before her parents arrange her marriage.

The ‘Dhak Dhak’ trailer follows the four women on an impossible bike trip to Ladakh, facing various challenges, including natural obstacles and human adversaries.

Directed by Tarun Dudeja, the film is written by Tarun Dudeja and Parijat Joshi. ‘Dhak Dhak’ is set to hit theaters on October 13, 2023.
