Interview: This Is What I Feel About Black Magic -Satyam Rajesh

One of the super successful films on OTT during lockdown is Polimera, featuring Satyam Rajesh, Getup Sreenu and Baladitya in the lead. While the film is not truly horror, it revolves around the suspense of mysterious deaths in a village and finally showcases Rajesh in the role of a Tantrik who goes nude to perform black magic. Now that Polimera 2 is coming, here is what the actor has to say.

In his ‘exclusive interview’ with Gulte.com’s Lokesh Bandi, the talented comedian explains why he wants to do both comedy roles as well as leads in a parallel, but not one for the other. At the same time, when quizzed about his belief in real-life black magic, the actor gave an interesting answer. Even the director, Dr Anil, gave interesting answers about the same. Also when asked if films like Virupaksha and Kantara impacted their version of the sequel, Rajesh says that they are a successful franchise in their own way, and need not be affected by any other films.

Speaking about his upcoming projects as a lead, Rajesh stated that he has kept many project announcements on hold as he wants Polimera 2 to hit cinemas first, and then the film speaks for itself. After that craze goes a long way, he wants to bring the announcements of his other projects.
