Apparently, the palatial residence of Nandamuri Balakrishna on Road No 12 Banjara Hills is a landmark of sorts and the whole signal in that area is popular because of it. For years, that’s the nest of the Balayya family, but it looks like there will be a change in address for the happening superstar of Telugu cinema who is fresh from the success of Bhagawanth Kesari at the box office.
Reports are exclusively coming that Balakrishna will be now shifting to a new home in Jubilee Hills for reasons unknown. His new house is quite close to Megastar Chiranjeevi’s house in the Jubilee Hills area which is near the MCHRD office.
It is coming out that Balayya will be doing the gruha pravesham in February 2024 and currently the interior work of the house is being done at a brisk pace. Some buzz is popping up that ‘vaastu’ reasons are behind this sudden shift of home.
On the other hand, Balayya will be starting the shoot of director KS Bobby’s movie very soon.
