Karthi, who has garnered a good reputation in both Tamil and Telugu cinema, is known for many successful films. His recent film “Japan” did not work at the box office, and there are rumors about him coming up with Khaidi 2. But we hear that even before Khaidi 2 happens, the actor might take up Khakhee 2.
In 2017, the director Vinoth announced a sequel to the highly successful film “Khakhee,” which was a major hit in Karthi’s career. The film is based on the real-life ‘Operation Bawaria’ mission that occurred between 1995-2006, focusing on the Tamil Nadu Police. The film received widespread praise from both audiences and critics.
Recent reports from Kollywood industry sources confirm that director H Vinoth is planning a sequel. Vinoth, currently working on a film with Kamal Haasan, has mentioned that he will proceed with “Khakhee 2” after completing his current project.
The script for the sequel is reportedly ready, and Vinoth plans to finalize it after wrapping up his film with Kamal Haasan. The director’s recent work with Ajith in “Valimai” has also been a hit.
So, Karthi might start Khakhee 2 before Khaidi 2 hit the floors.
