A “thandel” is a revered term among the Gujarati coastal communities, as they fondly call a commercial marine fishing boat captain like that. Their primary responsibility is not only to locate the abundant fishing grounds but also to skillfully navigate the crew there and back, ensuring their safe return. Inside this film, Chay appears as a fishing boat operator fro hi m Srikakulam in a vintage setup, who steers his boat and crew all the way from Srikakulam to Gujarat. And his crew fondly call him Thandel, aye captain!

While the intriguing poster and title design captivated the audience, the posters also officially confirmed that Devi Sri Prasad is the composer while Sai Pallavi is the leading lady.
