Pushpa: The Rise is one of the sensational hits in the Telugu film industry. Starring Allu Arjun in the lead role, the movie is directed by Sukumar. Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari is a small-time artist who shot to fame with the film after playing Allu Arjun’s friend in the film. However, he has now become a head-ache for the film unit after his arrest in connection with a case related to harassing a woman, leading to her demise.
The cops have taken Jagadeesh into custody and produced him in front of the court. Since his character got good appreciation from the audiences, the makers penned a full-length character for him in the second part of the film, titled Pushpa: The Rule. Unfortunately, his arrest has pushed the makers into a dilemma about the film’s shoot.
Interestingly, there are rumors about the film’s producers stepping forward to bail out Jagadeesh temporarily for a smooth commencement of the film’s shoot, but it seems to be not working. Since it is a serious offence where Jagadeesh also confessed to the crime, procuring bail seems like a herculean task.
Despite the film’s production house using their influence and trying their best to bring Jagadeesh out for the film’s shoot, it is not working at all. Now, the team will have to find alternatives for their schedules. The only option in front of them is to either change the artist and re-shoot some key portions or include a dupe.
Whatever it may be, this issue has been creating unnecessary troubles and tensions for the film unit, which is relentlessly working to wrap up the film’s shoot and release it in time.
Mythri Movie Makers bankrolls the film.
