Sensational actress and internet sensation Poonam Pandey passed away last night and her team confirmed the news. She was 32.
Poonam Pandey died due to cancer on February 1st in Kanpur, a post on Instagram confirmed the news on Friday morning.
The post read, ‘This morning is a tough one for us. Deeply saddened to inform you that we have lost our beloved Poonam to cervical cancer. Every living form that ever came into contact with her was met with pure love and kindness. In this time of grief, we would request for privacy while we remember her fondly for all that we shared.’
Poonam Pandey shot to fame when she promised to trip n*ked for the Indian cricket team if they won the 2011 Cricket World Cup. Poonam Pandey appeared in films and many shows like Malini & Co, Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss. Poonam Pandey is also known for her bold content on social media platforms. She made her movie debut with Nasha in 2013.
Poonam Pandey married Sam Bombay and they got separated after Poonam accused him of domestic violence immediately after their wedding in 2020.
