Is Devarakonda Taking Forward Ram Charan’s Story?

Last year when Kannada directors including Prashant Neel and Narthan turned up at the birthday bash of Global Star Ram Charan, many rumours were superflowing that a film with these two directors is on cards.

For a long time, Charan’s friends, UV Creations pursued the idea of a project for Mega Powerstar under Narthan’s direction. But it looks like things are not working out.

Despite various reports doing rounds, a film with Narthan never materialized for Ram Charan, and it looks like the director is now moving toward another young hero. According to the grapevine, Narthan is said to be approaching Vijay Devarakonda and if things work out, then the two might come up with a movie very soon.

While Vijay has Family Star up for release, he has to wrap Gowtham Tinnanuri’s film later, after which he has two more films lined up, which will be directed by young directors. We have to see if the film with Narthan materialises or not.

Narthan is popular for directing the film ‘Mufti’ in Kannada, and he’s associated with Prashanth Neel and other top-range filmmakers too.
