#10YearsForBrindavanam: ‘Chota’ Blunder Exposed

Every other old movie of a star hero is being celebrated with anniversaries these days, irrespective of their box office performance. In the same way, NTR’s Brindavanam’s 10 years of release is being celebrated the other day with the hashtag #10YearsForBrindavanam.

The movie was a big success back then. But, a technical blunder from one of the scenes in the movie is being exposed now and trolled with the same hashtag. There is a scene where NTR is on his bed and his mother enters the room. Well, for the surprise of many, on the left-most corner of the frame, we can see the cinematographer Chota K Naidu and his assistants next to him.

When his technical brilliance is applauded many a time, this blunder is sure a dent to his image. Many wonder how the director and all the team that watched the movie could have missed this. Mistakes happen, but this sure is called out as a blunder where the cameraman could not see shooting himself in the mirror.

While trolling Chota K Naidu and the Brindavanam team, some folks on social media are referring to it as ‘Chota’s visual wonder’. Other than the troll on Chota, Brindavanam is one of those very good movies which really deserves a tenth-year anniversary celebration.
