Of course, it has already come out that the fixation of December 6th for “Pushpa 2” is surely going to affect the release date of some other movies that eyed December 2024 already. And now, it is coming out that even Nandamuri Balakrishna wants to lock December 20th for his #NBK109, which is being directed by Bobby Kolli, and that will put others into confusion now.
Young heroes like Naga Chaitanya and Nithin, who have been struggling to score a hit at the box office for a long time, have locked December 20th as their potential release date and announced it officially. However, with Allu Arjun locking 6th and Balayya eyeing 20th, one of these heroes should actually move out, to avoid unwanted sandwiching at the box office by the other two biggies. In case Pushpa 2 clicks big time, the other movies might get breating time only by Sankranthi 2025. And if Balayya’s mass jaathara also clicks, then there is no scope for others to shine.
With Thandel being a big budget project, surely it needs a solo date to click maximum at the box office. At the same time, Robinhood is the reunion of Nithin with Venky Kudumula, and their comedy outing needs a good date to make the best. If both Allu Arjun and Balayya come on the dates as being announced, surely they will disrupt the fortunes of other films.
Meanwhile, there is Game Changer gearing up for release on December 20. If it makes it on the said date, BNBK109 might move to Sankranthi 2025. Let’s see what happens.
