Right now, Film Nagar is abuzz with the news of two prominent producers, DVV Danayya and AM Ratnam, vying to launch Akira Nandan, the son of actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan, on the silver screen. As both producers got close to Pawan in recent times, by supporting the Janasena party and partly funding it as well, here comes an interesting piece of news.
Akira Nandan, the elder son of Pawan Kalyan, has become the centre of attention in the industry, after his appearances alongside his father Pawan Kalyan, as well as his interactions with political leaders like Chandrababu Naidu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi after the election results came out. The young Konidela scion has not yet clarified whether he wants to pursue acting or filmmaking as his career path while he has completed his film school education recently.
With his good looks and family lineage, Akira has the potential to follow in their footsteps and become a star in his own right, however, earlier his mother Renu Desai stated that he was not interested in acting. But then, these two Telugu producers are trying to get some stories ready before meeting Pawan Kalyan and discussing about the same. They say that the final decision on Akira’s debut rests with his father, Pawan Kalyan, who has the ultimate say in his son’s career path.
Fans eagerly await Pawan Kalyan’s decision on whether Akira will make his debut as an actor or director in the near future.
